The Global Connections program consists of a
number of partnerships among Tompkins Cortland
Community College and other colleges and
universities both in the United States and overseas.
Together we have developed a curriculum that allows
international students the opportunity to study in
their home institution during the regular academic year
and in the United States at TC3 and other Global
Connections partner institutions for short periods over
two summer semesters or their equivalent during the
academic year.
Through a combination of transfer credits and study
in the United States students may receive degrees
from several of the participating institutions.
